Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping fees are added at time of checkout and delivery times may vary by location. Please note that we do not currently ship to the province of Tierra del Fuego in Argentina, and it is not available for address selection at checkout.
How much does shipping cost for a small order (1 unit)?
For small orders (1 unit = 2 kg), shipping is currently set by zone:
– Zone 1: $105.50
– Zone 2: $111.50
– Zone 3: $116.50
– Zone 4: $136.50
– Zone 5: $149.50
– Zone 6: $157.50
Shipping rates are guided by our courier partners and may evolve over time. Mechis Sandalias reserves the right to adjust these rates as needed to reflect current shipping conditions.
How do I know which zone I am in?
Zones are based on delivery regions. At checkout, simply enter your shipping address the system will automatically assign your order to the correct zone.
What if I order more than 1 unit (over 2 kg)?
Orders of 10+ units (over 2 kg) are considered bulk and are handled with a more tailored approach.
To ensure the best possible experience, our store will redirect bulk orders to be placed via email to info@mercedesbarreto.com. This allows us to provide optimised shipping rates based on destination zones, along with personalised fulfillment aligned with your order.
Why is the shipping cost higher for some zones?
Shipping prices depend on distance and handling costs. Zones closer to our main warehouse (like Zone 1 & 2) have lower rates, while farther zones (like Zone 5 & 6) cost more.
What sizes are available?
We offer a full range of sizes, with all orders crafted in Argentinian (AR) sizing for production.
To ensure the perfect fit, our “Find Your Shoe Size” tool guides you through converting your local size—including international regions, Mondo sizing, and foot length—into the correct AR size for your order. Half sizes are also accommodated for added precision.
We take great care in helping you select the right size before your sandals are custom made, ensuring a fit that feels considered and true to you.

Each pair of Mechis Sandalias is custom crafted from Argentinian leather and made to order. No two pairs are alike, and every detail is created specifically for you.
Because of this bespoke process, all purchases are final and non-refundable. We take great care in confirming measurements and details prior to production to ensure your sandals are made just right.
