1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 8–10 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays in Argentina).
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, including tracking information where available.
- We ship internationally (Zones 1–6) and nationally/locally (Zone 0) to all Argentine provinces except Tierra del Fuego.
- Each zone has its respective shipping rate as stated in the FAQ section of the online store.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We ship worldwide from our base in Argentina. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
- Argentina (Domestic Orders): 7–10 business days
- South America: 10–20 business days
- North America & Europe: 18–25 business days
- Rest of the World: 20–30 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, courier delays, or global shipping disruptions.
3. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country.
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
- Please check with your local customs office for more details before placing an order.
4. Tracking & Delivery
- Tracking information will be provided whenever available.
- Once a package leaves Argentina, tracking updates may be limited depending on the destination’s local courier.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or shipping carriers.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
- We are not liable for packages claimed as damaged in transit. Our shipping carriers handle each package with premium care.
- Products are securely packaged using industry-standard materials to ensure safe delivery.
- We will not be held responsible for items declared damaged at the time of delivery/reception.

6. Order Changes & Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
