1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 8-10 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays in Argentina).

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, including tracking information where available.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We ship worldwide from our base in Argentina. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Argentina (Domestic Orders): 7-10 business days.

  • South America: 10-20 business days.

  • North America & Europe: 18-25 business days.

  • Rest of the World: 20-30 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, courier delays, or global shipping disruptions.

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes

We do not sell or rent your personal information. However, we may share it with:

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

  • Please check with your local customs office for more details before placing an order

4. Tracking & Delivery

  • Tracking information will be provided whenever available.

  • Once a package leaves Argentina, tracking updates may be limited depending on the destination’s local courier.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or shipping carriers.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • We are not liable for packages claimed as damaged in transit. Our shipping carrier is expert at making sure each package is handled with premium care. We carefully wrap the product/item in a safe and industry standard shipping material to ensure safety of the delivered goods. We will not be held responsible for any items declared to be damaged at the time of delivery/ reception of the package by the consumer.

  • If your package does not arrive/ is lost, please contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with supporting evidence and details. We are not liable if and when your dispute has not been made on time.

  • If your package is lost, we will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as best as possible.

6. Order Changes & Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
